From Rise: The Vieneo Province
A construction project allows the players to deploy colonies on the surface of Vieneo. These can only be housed in a specialized Construction PODS. They include the "seed" building which has a generator that requires fuel. The construction project also includes 500 kg of Iagreous fuel.
They do not hold the required colonists needed for construction and operation. These must be brought separately or used from nearby colonies.
