			ATM operators may set any per-transaction fee they wish, from 0 CR up to 125 CR.

			In accordance with Vieneo consumer protection standards, ATM fees are treated as service charges, not interest, and therefore are not subject to usury limits.

			A maximum fee of 125 CR is enforced in-system to prevent abusive pricing, ensure transparency, and maintain fair access to financial infrastructure.
