We have had several people asking for a demo and then we had several people asking for what is the difference between the demo and the full version. There is no difference in the applications themselves - all of the [[download]]s are identical. Remember, we are trying to build our player community. We have had several people asking for a demo then we had several people asking for what is the difference between the demo and the full version. We are coming up with a list and limitations on the demo accounts. Here is a list of things that we are exploring.

*Own/use any ship they can afford/or borrow.
*Demo players may not join or create an [[:Category:Alliances|alliance]].  
*Have and visit the Bradbury Apartment they were assigned.
*Demo players are not allowed to buy [[Assessor's Parcel Number|plots of land]] or [[Construction project|construct colonies]].  
*Open a Fleet bank account for safe money storage.
*Demo players can not earn interest at the [[Fleet Bank|bank]].
*Free use of the Simulators in the UI building.
*Demo players may not trade [[Futures Market|commodity futures]].
*May play as long as they wish as long as they meet activity requirements for their account.
*Demo players may not accept or post contracts on the [[Player Portal|portal]].
*Buy and sell cargo at Deios, Colonies, and orbital Marketplaces.
*Visit all orbital facilities.
*Take passengers to and from orbital facilities. (Coming soon player airport destinations)
*Buy personal inventory items. (Lock pick, Sunglasses, Fireworks.....)

ONLY Full Accounts may
*Join/Create an alliance.
*Buy land.
*Be inactive for an extended period of time. (1year)
*Bank accounts earn interest up to the Insured Cap of 250,000cr
*Buy and sell Futures.
*Accept(operational) and post(coming soon) contracts on the portal.
*VR IS coming to Steam only.

*Demo Players may not join or create an alliance.  
*Demo players are not allowed to buy plots of land.  
*Demo players inactive for more than 45 days are assumed to not becoming back. All vehicles will be listed as unowned (subject to possible salvage) or Fleet Bank property . If there are any liens against any property the Bank will repossess every thing for auction.
*Demo Players do not earn interest at the bank.
*Demo Players may not buy and sell Futures.
*Demo Players may not accept or post contracts on the portal.
*Demo Accounts will not get access to VR.
