Displacement is the act of moving of another character from their current vehicle. This can be done using the "transfer" functionality which results in a "swap" of your vehicle and their vehicle using the "x" key on your keyboard. Another option is to move them to another nearby vehicle using the "z" key on your keyboard.
If you displacing another character, they will receive a notification (either by email or user board depending on their profile settings in the Player Portal).
