From Rise: The Vieneo Province
The Organizer is located on the bottom of your GUI along with your Inventory. It plays a vital role in navigating in Rise.
Waypoints tab
Waypoints are used to store specific coordinates, it is very useful to make waypoints of places you would want to visit again. The Organizer lists great-circle distance to the waypoint. There are three (3) ways to make a waypoint:
- Adding a waypoint by entering coordinates
- Click on the line that says "Unused slot for temporary waypoints"
- Click on Enter
- Enter the coordinates (ex. S04.212 W026.066)
- Click on the line that now says "Unsaved waypoint, hit RENAME to save it"
- Click on Rename and enter a suitable name for the waypoint.
- Adding a waypoint by entering APN
- Adding a waypoint of your current location
Method three (3) is currently the only way you can save a waypoint with an altitude, the other two (2) methods put the waypoint at 0 meters MSL |
The other buttons on the waypoints tab have the following uses:
- Activate -> Provides a waypoint to the USER WP target into the current vehicle for navigating purposes
- Transmit -> Transmits a waypoint to the selected vehicle on scanner
- Recieve -> Recieve a waypoint from vehicle within range
- Delete -> Deletes the selected waypoint
