Character
From Rise: The Vieneo Province
Your character refers to your in-game entity and is tied to an account on the server.
Your character has many attributes including physical appearance, d20 skills and abilities, location, and funds. Vehicles and land are tied to your character by reverse lookup.
Your character is created through an immigration form in the game client. Annually you will be required to take a new picture as your character ages.
Rise d20 Rules
A critical failure is if you roll a 1 or a 2 on the d20. In this case, in addition to the failure there are side-effects. For example, if you are using a lockpick to break into a car and you get a critical failure you will trigger the car alarm.
