ok the A-4 last I flew it was from Deois to Banish Riot less then a week ago that was 1600 km. on that trip I was at 14-19 Km 16 km was probably the best speed... trolling along at 0.197 to 0.225 km/sec I think 0.22 is a high but fair cruise estimate... But lets look at a 2500 km trip that covers (or close to ) Deois to rare Deois to Kansas Fuel mine. Deois to Caddassum once its rebuilt.
SO... 2 500 kilometer = 1 349.892 008 639 mile [nautical, US] 16 kilometer = 52 493.438 320 21 foot [international, U.S.] 0.22 kilometer/second = 437.365 010 799 knot
