When your character is created, you are automatically assigned a biometric key for a unit in the Bradbury Building.  Please make note of the unit number (2418 is the 24th floor, unit 18).

You are allowed to customize many aspects of your apartment from the wall color, trim, and even wallpaper, flooring color and type, and ceiling color and texture.  You are also able to attain furnishings (some have to be delivered because of the size).

You can also check your look in the mirror and change clothes from what you may have in "locale" or apartment inventory.
