Title Transfer
Title Transfer is the legal process by which vehicles (that you are the registered owner of) can be transferred to another player. There is a 50 CR transfer fee.
If, for example, you own IVR 20580 and you want to transfer the title to "jack" then you would type "IVR 20580 jack".
Salvage Title
Salvage Title is the legal process by which unregistered vehicles can become owned by a player.
Vehicles listed as "Unknown" when scanned can be claimed by any player for a fee of 50 CR by taking them to the Department of Revenue's vehicle registration office in Deois, selecting the transfer title option and typing the IVR number of the vehicle followed by your name.
