ok the A-4 last I flew it was from Deois to Banish Riot less then a week ago that was 1600 km. on that trip I was at 14-19 Km 16 km was probably the best speed... trolling along at 0.197 to 0.225 km/sec I think 0.22 is a high but fair cruise estimate...
