The Deois Department of Revenue is currently offering the following services during normal business hours (8 AM to 5 PM with a break from noon to 1 PM for lunch):
Title Transfer
Title Transfer is the legal process by which vehicles (that you are the registered owner of) can be transferred to another player. There is a 50 CR transfer fee.
If, for example, you own IVR 20580 and you want to transfer the title to "jack" then you would type "IVR 20580 jack".
Salvage Title
Salvage Title is the legal process by which unregistered vehicles can become owned by a player.
