A colony runway is, on average, 1500 meters long (exact length varies depending on location) and 45 meters wide.

Marston Mat

This portable temporary surface-based solution requires 58,500 interconnected mats weighing approximately 30 kg each for a total amount of 1,593 MT of Fabricated required (broken into 3 phases).

Concrete

Concrete runway requires 49,754 MT of Common Materials to build the runway 0.3 meters deep. Ideally you would build the airport within the same territory as an established mining operation so that the materials can be shared!
