The following original passages were moved or rewritten to keep Vieneo focused on operating in Vieneo. They are preserved here as development history, editorial context or source material, not as current operating instructions. Player-facing limits and controls are retained in the article where applicable.

Iomere can pass in front of Yonmara as seen from Vieneo. The VLM eclipse atlas predicts geometric coverage using the running game server's clock and loaded orbital model.
Choose an Earth year and eclipse, then move the time slider to follow the shadow. Click the map or enter latitude and longitude for local visible eclipse and totality times; the Deois button restores the reference location. Times are shown in UTC, with your Earth timezone displayed separately. Hatched areas have the Sun below the horizon and are not visible eclipses.
The atlas shows its server sample time and model revision. It hides predictions when live data is unavailable. These are sea-level geometric predictions, excluding clouds, terrain, refraction and limb darkening.

Ambient-pressure habitation premise — 1 November 2026

The habitation guidance in Living on Vieneo, Living in Deois, Bradbury Apartments and ECS uses the approved Rise setting premise that residents can live long-term in conditioned breathing gas near local ambient pressure. Oxygen is controlled by partial pressure and sulfur dioxide is removed. The setting does not require ordinary apartments and surface cars to maintain one Earth atmosphere.

This premise is distinct from a medical claim that lifelong high-pressure residence has been demonstrated. NOAA's Aquarius description identifies an ambient-pressure habitat at about 2.5 Earth atmospheres, missions averaging ten days, and a controlled decompression before returning to surface pressure. NASA's NEEMO description discusses saturation missions lasting days or weeks. These are relevant analogues for pressure-compatible accommodation, not evidence for multigenerational comfort in Vieneo's natural gas mixture.

The reference calculation uses the established 2630.397 mbar sea-level pressure and 7.5 km scale height: at 0.300 km MSL, 2630.397 × exp(-0.300/7.5) is approximately 2527.26 mbar, or 2.494 Earth atmospheres absolute. The published 98.4% nitrogen, 1.0% sulfur dioxide and 0.6% oxygen describe untreated outside air. No atmospheric constant or propulsion rating was changed for this documentation.
