Properties of an Orbital Facility...
In a stable, circular orbit at an assigned altitude offering services like commodities such as refined Iagreous fuel. Inclination of the orbit does not affect orbital velocity and therefore is up to the discretion of the facility. Multiple facilities can be assigned the same altitude with a different True Anomaly. The pressure vessel allows for up to a 1 bar differential.
