The E-11 Upgrade Voucher pays for one E-10 to E-11 hull upgrade at Cutter's Port.
Source and eligibility
The voucher was gifted to players who had already purchased an E-10 at the time of the upgrade program. Each eligible player received one voucher in total, regardless of how many E-10s they owned. It was a one-time owner gift, not an ongoing quest reward, salvage find or reward for every later E-10 purchase.
Redemption
Carry the voucher in personal inventory and take the E-10 to Cutter's Port's Deluge Port for the hull upgrade. The upgrade consumes one voucher instead of charging the normal 1,222,680 CR upgrade fee. The fee is the value of the service being redeemed, not a retail price for buying another voucher.
