From Rise: The Vieneo Province
O-4 was an orbital facility, the fourth of it's kind. It was the first orbital facility to provide support for Vieneo. Construction was completed in 2232 and the orbit subsequently decayed due to a lack of fuel in 2244 and the remains are on the surface approximately 450 km NW of Deois.
