Displacement is the act of moving another player from their current vehicle to a new vehicle. This can be done manually by targeting the vehicle that they are in and pressing the "z" key on your keyboard.
If you displacing another character, they will receive a notification (either by email or user board depending on their profile settings in the Player Portal).
Displacement can happen automatically under certain circumstances:
- By using the "transfer" functionality which results in a "swap" of your vehicle and their vehicle using the "x" key on your keyboard
- If they have a vacant, garaged vehicle at the Bradbury Apartments and the vehicle they are in is impounded at the Police Station
