The x64 development build with the Iomere lighting correction lights the planet directly from Yonmara. Its visible phase and day/night boundary follow the surface orientation toward the star. Nightfall, cloud cover, or rain at the observer's location on [[Vieneo]] does not reduce sunlight arriving at Iomere. Vieneo's foreground atmospheric blend can still reduce the planet's contrast when viewed through air.
Iomere is drawn in the above-cloud exterior scene, including orbital views, and remains absent from the in-world simulator. Panning the camera does not change illumination of the same surface. This correction adds no controls or display labels.
The client uses its existing directional sunlight and surface texture; this is not a calibrated photometric model. The Iomere draw does not currently simulate Vieneo casting an eclipse shadow on the planet. The correction has not yet been verified in a live client screenshot, and older client builds may still darken Iomere according to the observer's local lighting.

Based on fossil records and ruins, the planet of Iomere once harbored a species of humanoid life. Though several city structures and remnants have been found, the entire planet has been mysteriously laid waste, its atmosphere stripped away, leaving it little more than a huge gray rock. Mining is possible here with permits, however, any ruins encountered may yet contain dangers and those not with excavation or scientific teams are asked to avoid landing.

At 4.8 AU from the blue-white star Yonmara, Iomere receives roughly three and a half times Earth’s solar flux. With its dark, airless surface and synchronous rotation, temperatures soar above 370°C on the day side and plunge below −230°C on the night side.

Appearance in the game client

The x64 development build with the Iomere lighting correction lights the planet directly from Yonmara. Its visible phase and day/night boundary follow the surface orientation toward the star. Nightfall, cloud cover, or rain at the observer's location on Vieneo does not reduce sunlight arriving at Iomere.
