Rise: The Vieneo Province (RISE) is an immersive multiplayer space simulation set in 2251. Players move passengers and cargo, operate vehicles and help build an off-world economy.
Put your brand into the everyday life of a future world. We offer branding on vehicles, containers and selected building signs, plus static and animated billboards at the CPOC orbital station and Easydock service stops. Additional placements include the rolling 12-ounce aluminum beverage can in the car every new player starts with, and downtown billboards in five sizes with static artwork or animated loops of 6-8 seconds. Placements should feel like part of the setting and support the realism of the world.
Audience and Brand Fit
Placements are not geotargeted. Campaigns are not restricted to a player's country or region. International brands and creative that make sense across markets are especially suitable. We can agree the in-game location and supported surface, but do not promise geographic or demographic targeting.
Cargo and storage, transport, energy, construction, consumer technology and everyday products can all have a credible place in this future economy. Choose a broadly recognizable brand message rather than a local offer that depends on a particular market.
Brand Direction and Approval
We work with each sponsor to choose an appropriate placement and adapt approved artwork to the game.
- Choose an agreed vehicle or container type, rolling beverage-can wrap, building sign, downtown screen, station billboard or other supported placement.
- Direct the use of your logo, colours and artwork within the selected surface.
- Review and approve a placement preview before activation.
- Agree the campaign dates, measurement rules, spending cap and price in writing.
For example, a freight or logistics brand could choose Cargo Aft containers rather than every container type in the game. An energy brand could select a fuel container or a billboard at a service stop. A technology brand could choose building signage or a supported animated screen.
Vehicle and container branding is optional: freight, logistics and airline brands may choose a separate static or animated billboard campaign downtown, at CPOC or at Easydock. Beverage brands may choose the starter-car can, billboards or both. Large-equipment brands can use supported T-27 Mammoth body surfaces; service-body and utility-equipment brands can use the C-98 Construction MuVER door surfaces. Artwork and placement scope are agreed with the sponsor.
We require written permission to use your brand and follow your supplied brand guidelines. Category exclusivity, control of an entire vehicle class, naming rights, custom model work and bespoke creative production require a separate agreement. Selecting a container type does not automatically grant every container of that type or exclusive use. Any exclusive agreement must name the covered surfaces, placement priority and treatment of existing paid personal or alliance graphics. Exclusivity does not automatically override player customization rights.
Pilot Pricing and Payment
Introductory pilot: US$250 paid upfront for 250,000 screen percent seconds (SPS), at US$1 per 1,000 SPS.
Your payment becomes a prepaid advertising allowance, used as accepted on-screen exposure is delivered. The pilot runs for 12 months from the agreed activation date, with monthly reports and a refund of unused media credit at the end. Prices exclude applicable taxes. We confirm the placement, artwork, measurement readiness and written terms before collecting payment.
What Are Screen Percent Seconds?
SPS combines how much of a player's screen your creative visibly occupies with how long it is visibly on screen under our agreed billing policy. One SPS is 1% of the screen for one qualifying second.
For example, a logo occupying 5% of the screen for 10 accepted exposure seconds delivers 5 x 10 = 50 SPS, costing US$0.05. As its visible size changes, its contribution changes too. We measure the visible creative itself, excluding transparent padding and the surrounding vehicle, container or sign.
| Time-weighted average visible screen share | Aggregate accepted exposure seconds | Approximate duration |
|---|---|---|
| 0.5% | 500,000 | 138 hours 53 minutes |
| 5% | 50,000 | 13 hours 53 minutes |
| 10% | 25,000 | 6 hours 57 minutes |
These examples explain the allowance; they are not delivery forecasts. Larger appearances consume it faster, so the pilot does not promise a fixed number of seconds independent of screen size. SPS measures an opportunity to see the brand, not proven attention or recognition.
The introductory rate applies to agreed, supported static or dynamic placements with validated measurement. Each format uses the disclosed RISE exposure policy, while standard viewability is reported separately. Reserved landmark rights, naming rights, exclusivity and bespoke production are quoted separately. Beverage-can and downtown-screen campaigns use the same introductory rate once measurement has been validated for the selected surface.
What the Pilot Includes
- An agreed placement scope and routine adaptation of sponsor-supplied artwork to supported surfaces.
- Brand direction on placement and artwork, with final-preview approval.
- Monthly exposure and prepaid-credit reports, with standard viewability metrics alongside RISE billable SPS.
- Monthly SPS caps and pause requests, plus routine creative updates and placement adjustments within the agreed inventory.
- Documented appearances in player streams or videos when available, reported separately.
Prepaid Credit, Monthly Reports and Refunds
Pay US$250 once before activation for a 250,000 SPS allowance. Accepted RISE exposure consumes credit at US$1 per 1,000 SPS. A month delivering 40,000 billable SPS uses US$40 of your prepaid credit and leaves 210,000 SPS / US$210. The monthly report records this usage; it does not create another payment or invoice.
RISE is a large persistent world, and exposure follows natural player routes and activity. A brand may appear at a distance or may not be encountered up close on a particular day. This pilot helps us learn the actual delivery pattern together; we do not promise a daily close-up or a fixed delivery pace.
Use the monthly reports to set or revise your SPS allocation, request pauses, refresh supplied creative and adjust placements within the agreed supported inventory. Frequency settings can be considered where supported and validated. Routine changes are included; new models, bespoke production, exclusivity and reserved naming rights are separately quoted. Monthly caps and pauses do not forfeit your remaining credit; the original 12-month term still applies.
At the 12-month anniversary, we refund any unused media credit in full. We reconcile the balance and initiate the refund within 30 days. For example, if 100,000 SPS has been delivered, US$100 has been used and US$150 is refunded. We do not deduct processing fees from the unused media credit. Early-cancellation terms are agreed in writing before launch.
There is no automatic renewal, top-up or overage charge. Paid allocation pauses when the prepaid allowance or an agreed cap is reached; unapproved additional delivery is free. A further purchase requires your agreement.
What Counts Toward RISE SPS
Smaller appearances count proportionately. We do not discard an otherwise eligible brand appearance just because it occupies less than 1.5% of the screen. A logo occupying 0.5% for 10 seconds earns 5 SPS; at 5% for the same time it earns 50 SPS. The smaller appearance consumes one-tenth as much prepaid credit, without claiming equal recognition or advertising effect.
Our proposed billing cutoff is 0.05% of visible screen area. Exposure below that cutoff, or exposure we cannot reliably measure, does not consume paid credit. This is a RISE commercial measurement policy, not an IAB/MRC minimum. It must be validated for the booked surface before activation.
The other agreed visibility and quality checks still apply: at least 50% of the intended creative visible; one continuous second for static creative or two seconds of unduplicated played content for video/dynamic creative; active application state; occlusion, angle/distortion and lighting checks; and traffic exclusions. A continuous run is credited after its duration gate is met, including the initial valid time. Failed checks or measurement gaps end the run. Overlapping pixels and duplicate records are not billed twice.
Standard Viewability Reporting
We report RISE billable SPS and IAB/MRC-standard viewability separately. The intrinsic in-game guidelines use a 1.5% visible-screen threshold, plus their other visibility and duration conditions, for a standard viewable impression. An exposure that falls below that size threshold can consume proportionate RISE SPS credit but is not labelled an IAB/MRC-viewable impression.
Standard viewable impressions are counted once per defined ad unit and user session; subsequent qualifying exposure can add time, with replays separately identified. Reports disclose the units, sessions, measurement method and both sets of criteria.
Measurement readiness is confirmed before paid activation. Current local diagnostics inform this proposal; they are not a production advertiser billing service. The lower RISE billing cutoff and standard viewability reporting require validated collection and campaign controls.
IAB/MRC Measurement References
- IAB Gaming Measurement Framework (June 2025) maps baseline reporting metrics to gaming formats.
- IAB/MRC Attention Measurement Guidelines, final version 1.0 (November 2025) describes screen share and time-in-view among the signals used in attention measurement.
- IAB/MRC Intrinsic In-Game Advertising Measurement Guidelines 2.0 (August 2022) supplies the specific in-game visibility, traffic and reporting rules.
SPS is a RISE-defined billing unit derived from screen share and accepted exposure time. Our lower billing size threshold does not change the standard viewability definition. These references do not prescribe our SPS price or package. Reporting is designed around the relevant guidance; we do not claim independently audited measurement or MRC accreditation. Material limitations and unavailable metrics are disclosed before booking.
Click-Based Campaigns
Click-based campaigns can be considered where a placement supports an intentional, measured action such as opening a sponsor link. Looking at a logo, passing a sign, docking or replaying a loop is not a click. A click-priced campaign requires validated interaction data and a separate price; it is not included in this SPS pilot.
Historical Impression Examples
Our campaign records show 181,376 logo-delivery impressions across seven historical campaigns between 24 March 2025 and 2 October 2026. The table below shows five longer-running examples, which account for 181,228 of that total.
| Example | Placement | Campaign start | Cumulative logo-delivery impressions |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | Cargo Aft | 24 March 2025 | 112,706 |
| B | Cargo Top | 26 March 2025 | 9,919 |
| C | Passenger container | 28 March 2025 | 22,785 |
| D | Auxiliary fuel container | 27 March 2025 | 23,031 |
| E | Cargo Top | 28 March 2025 | 12,787 |
What these figures measure: A logo-delivery impression is recorded when campaign branding is supplied with vehicle or container data to a player's game client. Repeat deliveries can increase the counter. These figures do not establish unique viewers, on-screen visibility or attention.
The examples show individual campaign counts, not the full exposure capacity of each placement type. The two Cargo Top examples shared that type. Results depend on the vehicles and locations involved, campaign configuration and player activity. These totals do not guarantee future delivery, establish current monthly reach or measure billboard, building-sign and animated-screen exposure.
Reporting and Streaming Exposure
Each pilot includes a monthly report identifying the campaign, approved creative, placements, active period, policy version and methodology. Calendar-month reports use clearly disclosed US Eastern time, with daylight saving where applicable; UTC event timestamps are retained.
Reports include impressions, measurable and standard-viewable impressions, measurement and viewability rates, time-in-view, measured reach with an explicit account/device basis, and frequency with its numerator and denominator. Applicable playback, completion and replay metrics are included for supported video campaigns. Unavailable metrics are marked not measured.
The credit statement shows your original US$250 payment, opening balance, monthly and cumulative billable RISE SPS, screen-share distribution, consumed credit, remaining SPS and dollar balance, caps, creative/placement changes and the refund date/status. Below-1.5% billable SPS and SPS from standard-qualified exposures are identified separately. This lets you assess both distant exposure and closer appearances and change campaign direction using actual results.
Reports also explain traffic exclusions and filtration coverage, occlusion, measurement gaps, unsupported conditions and corrections. SPS does not establish attention, recognition or verified-person reach. An effective CPM may be included for comparison; it creates no additional charge.
Documented appearances in player streams and recorded videos can be listed with links and timestamps in a separate, nonbillable appendix. Total video views do not establish logo views and are not added to billable SPS or deduplicated game reach.
Placements and Screenshot Examples
Illustrations use original YOUR BRAND placeholder artwork on RISE source assets. These controlled native-renderer previews show possible composition and placement; they do not establish a live advertiser relationship, delivered exposure, deployed animation playback or rolling-can physics. Exterior surface examples retain Vieneo's perpetual cloud cover.
About demonstration images: Demonstration images use original placeholder artwork unless a real brand is expressly identified as approved for display. They illustrate supported placement surfaces and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or a paid relationship. RISE game artwork and any identified brand artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. A brand attribution does not grant a licence to reproduce or reuse the mark.
Controlled render previews use the production game renderer and game assets, with scripted camera, weather and lighting. They are labelled as demonstrations rather than live-session screenshots or evidence of measured advertising exposure. Vieneo surface demonstrations retain the exomoon's permanent cloud cover.
The screenshot boxes below are draft placeholders awaiting captures. Existing-format examples will show actual in-game scenery with approved or fictional artwork. Planned city formats will be identified as concepts until implemented.
Vehicles and Containers
Current campaigns use supported logo surfaces on working vehicles and containers. Placement scope and current availability are confirmed before booking.
ARJ Containers
- Cargo Aft: A small conventional freight container, similar in form to containers carried on trains, flatbeds and cargo ships. Logo placement on both broad sides makes it suitable for freight carriers, logistics companies and industrial suppliers.
- Passenger: Logo placement on both broad sides and on the entry door at one end. Where artwork overlaps windows, the treatment allows passengers to see out.
- Passenger ARJ artwork placement (Revision 4): Supply a 256 x 256 transparent RGBA PNG, with a top-left origin and inclusive pixel coordinates. Center the visible main logo at (128, 76) in the primary strip x0-255, y48-104 (256 x 57 pixels). Row 104 belongs to this primary strip. The secondary solid strip is x0-255, y160-215. Treat y0-47 as top-curve/upper-rail caution, y105-159 as window/micro-perforation caution, and y216-255 as bottom-curve/lower-rail caution; keep critical lettering in the primary strip and critical secondary details above the bottom caution band. The window band includes clearance around windows at y112-153; artwork over windows receives automatic 50/50 film. Hide all guide layers before exporting the actual artwork. These design regions apply to Passenger ARJ only; Cargo Top and Cargo Aft retain their separate full-canvas rules.

- Cargo Top: Logo placement on both broad sides of the container.
- Auxiliary Fuel: Logo placement on portions of both sides of the container.

Ground Vehicles
- C-2A Dasher: Logo placement on the driver and passenger doors.
- T-121 Steerhead: Logo placement on the driver and passenger doors. The older T-120 Steerhead does not support this placement.
- T-27 Mammoth: Large logo placement on both sides of the vehicle body.
- C-98 Construction MuVER: Logo placement on the driver and passenger doors.

Aircraft
- T-19 Stratomaster: Logo placement on both sides of the tail.

Aerospace Vehicles
- E-11 Saint: Nose-art placement on both sides of the cockpit. The older E-10 Saint does not support this placement.
- W-6 Manx: Nose-art placement on both sides of the cockpit.

Other models, including construction-container and spacecraft proposals such as the DIHV, can be reviewed individually. Branded props or cockpit emblems can also be considered as future placements. Supported surfaces, campaign scope and measurement must be confirmed before a quote.
Prominent Building Signage
Selected building signs can give a brand a recognizable place within the city. We agree the building, sign surface, artwork treatment and campaign period with the sponsor. Ordinary sign exposure follows the SPS pilot rate where qualifying measurement is validated; landmark rights, naming rights and exclusive reservations are quoted individually.
Available downtown building placement: The prominent downtown building currently displaying l.a.Eyeworks branding is available for a paid sponsor. The existing logo is displayed under earlier permission for free in-game use and can remain until a paid sponsor takes over this placement. We will replace it with the new sponsor's approved branding when that paid placement begins. Contact us to discuss the building, supported sign surfaces and campaign terms.

CPOC Orbital Station Billboards
CPOC offers static and animated billboard placements in an orbital setting. Select an agreed surface and creative treatment suited to the station and its player routes. The examples will show both the orbital context and actual screen visibility. Screen location, dimensions, playback specifications and measurement are confirmed in the proposal.

Easydock Billboards
Easydock offers static and animated billboards at in-game service stops. These placements can suit transport, energy, convenience and everyday consumer brands. We agree the location and creative treatment without implying a relationship with any real-world service-stop operator.

Starter-Car Beverage Can
A 12-ounce aluminum can lies on the floor of the car every new player starts with. It rolls around as the vehicle moves and can carry sponsor-approved beverage branding. The can is part of the existing interior, so a beverage brand can appear as an everyday detail in the world.
We adapt the approved label to the existing can model and agree the covered starter-car inventory. Brand direction covers the label, colours and any approved copy. We do not promise that every player will look at the can, or that receiving a starter car creates a billable impression: only accepted, measured on-screen exposure consumes credit. A screenshot shows one pose; it does not demonstrate the rolling motion or exposure delivery.

Prepared demonstration: An original YOUR BRAND can-label preview is available for upload as RISE_Advertise_StarterCarCan.png. It is a controlled capture of the existing interior model; label it a placement concept and retain the rolling-motion clip placeholder until actual gameplay is recorded.
Downtown Billboards and Animated Screens
Downtown screens support static creative or short animated loops repeating every 6-8 seconds. Choose an agreed screen, size and location. Creative should remain clear across ordinary player distances, work without audio and suit the future-world setting. Dimensions below are width x height in metres; these are physical screen dimensions, not pixel resolutions.
| Width x height (metres) | Aspect ratio | Creative direction |
|---|---|---|
| 8 x 8 | 1:1 | Compact square brand message |
| 16 x 8 | 2:1 | Wide logo and short approved message |
| 32 x 8 | 4:1 | Panoramic brand treatment |
| 8 x 32 | 1:4 | Tall facade treatment, composed for vertical viewing |
| 45 x 45 | 1:1 | Large landmark screen; reservation and exclusivity quoted separately |
We confirm artwork resolution, supported file format, loop duration, placement scope and measurement readiness before activation. A full loop is not automatically a billed exposure: dynamic creative must meet the agreed visibility and played-content gates. SPS integrates the visible area over accepted playback time; each frame or loop is not separately counted as a new impression. Static creative retains its static duration rule. The prepaid pilot and monthly reporting apply to supported, validated screen exposure; animation production and reserved landmark rights require a separate quote.

All five downtown formats

Guidelines for Graphic Content
All logos, nose art and advertisements must follow these guidelines and fit the immersive world of Rise: The Vieneo Province.
Artwork Specifications
- Vehicle and container logos: PNG, 256 x 256 pixels, with transparency and no solid-colour background.
- Building signs and billboards: Dimensions, aspect ratio and background requirements are supplied for the agreed surface. The vehicle-logo specification does not apply automatically to these formats.
- Downtown animated screens: Compose to the agreed 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 1:4 ratio and a 6-8 second repeating loop. Pixel resolution, file format and file-size requirements are confirmed before production. Other station/service-stop screens retain their agreed specifications.
- Beverage-can wraps: Use the supplied can UV template; approval covers the visible wrap, not an implied replica of a functioning real product. Vehicle-logo 256 x 256 specifications do not automatically apply to the can.
- Brand assets: Supply approved artwork and your brand guidelines. A high-resolution or vector master is useful for adaptation; the final game asset must meet the agreed format.
Prohibited Content
Advertisements must not contain or promote the following:
- Hate Speech and Symbols:
- Imagery or language that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- Symbols associated with hate groups or ideologies, such as swastikas.
- Adult Content:
- Nudity, sexually explicit material, or lewd imagery.
- Content that is sexually suggestive or intended for adult audiences.
- Violence and Weapons:
- Graphic depictions of violence or gore.
- Promotion of weapons, explosives, or related paraphernalia.
- Drugs and Illegal Substances:
- Imagery or references to illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or the promotion of recreational drug use.
- Political and National Symbols:
- Political messages, endorsements, or campaign materials.
- National flags or emblems that could cause political tension within our international player base.
- Sensitive Events:
- Content that exploits or trivializes sensitive events, such as natural disasters, conflicts, or tragedies.
Relevance and Quality
- Contextual Fit:
- Ads should be relevant to the gaming environment and not disrupt the immersive experience.
- Professionalism:
- High-quality images that are clear, well-designed, and free from typos or errors.
- Animated artwork should avoid rapid flashing or distracting effects.
Review and Approval
All advertisements undergo review by the RISE team. We may reject artwork that violates these guidelines or is inappropriate for our community. The sponsor approves the agreed placement preview, and written brand permission and the commercial agreement precede activation.
Request a Placement Proposal
Contact us with your brand, preferred placement, campaign timing and monthly budget cap. If you have artwork or brand guidelines available, include those too. We will confirm suitable inventory and provide a placement, measurement and payment proposal.
